The setting
This is the studio.
We film at Podhead Studio, 643 S Olive St, Suite 1050, Los Angeles, CA 90014.
There is a paid parking lot next door. On weekends and early mornings, use code 2121 at the front entrance. At the elevator, enter 566#, then select Floor 10.
Timing matters
Arrive 15 minutes early.
Traffic and parking in Downtown Los Angeles can be unpredictable, and sessions begin promptly.
If the studio door is closed, please do not knock. We may be filming another interview. Wait quietly in the seating area and we will bring you in as soon as the session wraps.
Your filming block
A relaxed, conversational hour.
We will guide the conversation. There is no need to memorize responses or prepare a formal presentation.
Come prepared
Camera ready, not overproduced.
Please arrive with hair and makeup complete. Studio lighting is bright, so makeup typically looks best slightly more defined than everyday wear. A green room is available for quick touch-ups.
We will record
- A 15–20 second introduction with your name and what you do.
- One sentence about why you are excited to join the summit.
- One or two sentences about a women’s health myth you would like to see disappear.
- An optional one-minute virtual speaker booth introduction.
What to wear
Polished, comfortable, and set-friendly.
Business or elevated smart casual works beautifully. The set uses a hot pink backdrop.

- Structured blazers, dresses, collared shirts, or tailored tops
- Minimal jewelry
Please avoid
- Hot pink, white, or light pink
- Neon colors or busy patterns
